TM One, Telekom Malaysia’s business solution arm, has established its Innovation Lab and Enterprise 5G Lab to accelerate the creation of innovative digital solutions and services and cater to the unique needs of large enterprises and the government sector in Malaysia.

TM's Group CEO, Amar Huzaimi Md Deris, shared his enthusiasm regarding the launch and its potential to drive innovation to the country.

“The launch of the Innovation Lab and Enterprise 5G Lab underscores TM's ongoing commitment to foster innovation and customer-centricity. It strengthens our role as a trusted partner for organizations seeking to harness the power of digital technologies, and drive growth and transformation within their businesses and wider communities,” Amar shared.

The two labs are located at TM Digital Academy Multimedia University. This initiative showcases TM One's commitment to building collaborative ecosystems for equitable digital advancement. TM One's 5G Sphere Partnership Program supports these labs through its partnership with over 50 local and global companies, with the aim of co-creating innovative solutions.

Key features of the two new labs include immersive engagement for organizations with tailored-fit solutions. The labs will also connect ecosystem players, including 5G Sphere partners, to share use-cases and insights, speeding up decision-making.

Furthermore, the laboratories will also focus on developing customized partnerships, providing a personalized experience, addressing visitors' digital and business goals, and demonstrating how TM One can help them succeed.

The inauguration ceremony was officiated by Minister of Digital, YB Gobind Singh Deo. This signifies TM One's commitment to leading innovation and providing value to its stakeholders. The labs are expected to collaborate as digital pioneers, encouraging new ideas and innovative technology.
